GSM Spesification

I used to had difficulties to learn about GSM technology based on it’s spesification (not vendor spesific related), ie. want to find information about USSD call flow. First of all we should know which spesification defined that problem, in this case, USSD. Then we should search for it’s archive to find document which describe that spesification.

Since GSM is heavily based on 3GPP, so all we need to do only search for which document defined that spesification and then download the specs itself from 3GPP archive.
